Sayaka PCB Router: How Do Sayaka Routers Use Router Bits Longer?

Sayaka router automatically changes the z-axis height position of router bit, which can extend the life of a router bit up to five times longer.

The accumulated cut distance of a router bit is monitored by the computer. When the total distance of cutting reaches the set distance, the computer automatically adjusts the Z-axis height of the router bit by its Z-axis servo motor and the new portion of cutting edge will be used. The length of cutting edge of a router bit is three to five times longer than a printed circuit board, so up to 5 positions can be set. This feature can increase the life of a router bits up to five times which can reduce the cost of production and the time of bit replacement work by an operator.
